The One with the Rented Movies!!

A Few Reasons why Zombies are soooo nice: They Kill, They Eat and They walk the Earth like tiny little insects!! Just like us!!

Well, Sunday was enjoyable. Really~ It's been quite some time since I chilled like that~ NS and all.. they steal the very essence of living happily! I mean, it's been a long long time since I laughed that loud in a fast food restaurant! Rubber anyone?

Saturday:

Finished my guard duty in the early morning!! Was feeling extremely sleepy, even though I was catching a few zZZzz in the lecture theatre during my patrol. It wasn't really my idea of doing that ( my intergrity level is way higher!!!) but looking at how my patrol partner was walking with his eyes close, I gave in to his request!!! I know!! How noble of me~ Can't be helped~ Call it Samson nature....

Went out with Mer, A-Dri-el and Yuhan in the late afternoon for a movie and dinner.. As "usual", they were late!! Haiz~ Why arh? Always have to wait for them... sianz~ Went for dinner at Caffe L.... ( don't know how to spell it ). It was supposed to be a restaurant or something, where most of the time, one will sit and enjoy thier food. Different thing for us. We ordered, we gobbled, and we left! Great image yah? Oh whateva~
Anywayz, went to Cine to watch Land of the Dead!! Woahahahaha!! Very nice!! I mean. how many times will you see a zombie cheerleader? Or a zombie butcher? or a zombie-crushing truck? YEah! The next thing you know, there will be zombie porn!! Gothic!!!



Oh ya.. saw one of my Sergeants at Ceni too.. Guess that he was with his girlfriend ( kinda big boned one ) after having conversation about orgasms on the phone the night before. Makes one wonder what kind of relationship they are having.. Whahaha!!! Strange .

After the movie, went to MOS to grab a drink. Milkshakes to be precise. The waiter looked a little pissed with Mer when she ordered. Don't really know why but my bet is that we ordered one of the most "le-chey" drinks in the house. And Mer accidentally leaked a secret ( so like her Ya? ) and than she talked and talked...blah blah.... and there's this part where the word rubber came in... and there's also the forbidden word "the end" which was later replaced by "to be continued". Really! That was wierd. And am I suppose to give her blessing? I thought only family members give this sought of things? Oh ya, speaking of family members, she met his already! I'm quite sure that you're not suppose to meet your stead's family members until you have gone through like stage 4 of a relationship. ( from a magazine )

Monday:

Woke up with a headache at 3.45am, thinking about the "fantastic" day where I'll be performing sentry for Golf Coy. Apparantly, they needed help from the other Coys as they do not have enough people. Grrr.. and the other two guys who are suppose to help out didn't turn up. They are simply smart enough to get an MC for that day.. skipping the whole sentry shit thingy. Wow.. both guys have names starting with M. Murali is one of them... ( Clenching Fist ) Agony for the whole day ( and night ). The headache didn't go away.. reached the Coy line at 3.00am the next day... Arghz!! imagine the pain people!! imgaine!!!

Tuesday:

Went for Physio again. Had less than 3 hours of sleep.. Arghz~ Lack of sleep always makes people cranky! My therapist said that my knee is getting better!! ( Yipee!! ) but I still cannot run and all ( Booey ). Went to my family doctor afterwards to get some medication for my headache. ( I have this history with the Tekong Medical Officers which somehow causes me not to trust them and their so called "ready supply of medicines". ) Found out that what I had was Migraine.. blah blah.. And yeah!! I got MC for 3 days! *Gawks* hahaha

Went to JE to buy something to entertain me for the next 3 days.. hahaha.. Bought a videoCD at this shop which sells movies slightly cheaper than other places. Slept for a little at home.. than watched Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason.

Quite a funny show.. the usual big butt on Camera scene came up again. Only this time, it is while she was parachuting, not sliding down a pole. And there's this scene when Bridget got caught with drugs and locked up with a bunch of local women, ( who miraculously knows how to speak english. Not that I'm looking down on Thais but since when did their female prisoners get to learn a language other than thier own? I mean, they don't even get proper sanitation! Get what I'm trying to say? ) But all in all, a very nice movie, I'll give it 3 Almond Jellies!

Went down later in the evening to rent 2 movies ( I heard about the rental shop from Murali only recently ), The Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement and Scary Movie 3. It was like years since I last rented a movie, with the last being Power Rangers ( the one when Lord Zedd is still kicking ). Incidentally asked the lady there if the shop just opened only to realise that it's been there for a few years and also that she is heart-broken to hear that I didn't know about her existance ( translated form Mandrin, Wo De Chun Zai ). The Shop's Existance, I guess. ( It will be very wierd if it was the former. I'm like 19 and she's like near her 40's. The fashionable trend of brother-sister relationship is like so 5 years before ) Okay.. I'll stop for now. Will continue harping about the other two movies in my next entry!

p.s: Am I suppose to sprinkle fairy dust on a person when I give them my blessing? But I don't have any fairy dust! Can I dump hair wax instead coz I've got lots of them. Oh, and remember that rubber is your next best friend, and its available in a variety of flavours and colours ( and maybe shapes!! OMGosh ) at your friendly neighbourhood supermarkets/ 7-11 and mamashops!!
