The One with the 14 days in Army~

Well, army is not really a big deal. At least for the first 2 weeks ( termed Adjustment Week or Confinement Week ) I think. Nothing much really happened in army. Except for the part where two of my section mates sleeps together in a bed, my buddy being the ultimate sex guru and of coz, the classic, desperate for girls symdrome. Really!! I'm not lying!!! Guys in army are very desperate!!! ( excluding me of coz!! ) You know why? Because I'm Steady!!! -.-"

And of the first 14 days, except for the part whereby I was made a toilet cleaner for the first two weeks, and the part where I lost to Bryan ( he is in my company!!! ) in IPPT, he got GOLD and I failed!!!! What the!!! I'm so going to train so much harder. Oh, and being in army also have it's positive sides, though +ve is always much lesser than -ve. My Platoon Sergent is quite a nice guy. Although he can be quite moody at times, overall, still not a bad person compared to the other 2 platoon sergents. Section Mates are also quite nice people. Of coz, you cannot judge a person in just 2 weeks.

Arghz, must report back tomorrow night. Went to Adriel's house earlier on to chill. There's Yuhan and Merina too. But Louis is M.I.A. So yupz. Ordered pizza and watch movie lor. But of coz, wished that there could be more people. I mean, I am sure that even without long hair, there are still people who would want to see me!! lolx!!!

The One with the National Service 2005

Omg!!!! I'm going to enlist in less than 16 hours!!!

Arghz!!! Found out that Justin of 03S1 is going in at the same time as me tomorrow!!! OMGosh.. that can only mean one thing. He will most probably be in my company or platoon... OKay, not that I am in any way, anti him. It's just that I cannot picture myself being in the same bunk as him. Not after I heard all the stuff that the guy can do. Yes! Bitch!!! Oh Gosh. My NS life will be so so colourful!!! Anywayz, I'll just see tomorrow~

And ya!! My goal for NS changed again!!! Wahahaha!!! I was reminded that I got Best Camper thingy.. so this time, let's aim for a Best Cadet Thingy bah!!! Wahhahahaa!! Than enter OCS!! Wahahaha... better!!! Wahahaha!! *dreaming* sianz~ I can do it..... if I am the President's son or what lar..

OKay... So my last dinner before enlistment was : A Double Cheeseburger Meal with Milo!!!! Fantastic!! People can "mountain steam, Sea Flavour" and than I get a plain burger~ How wonderful... And the last place I went before enlistment? Mount A..... Hospital to visit my auntie~ Hahaa.. But it's funny listening to her complain about her children... OKay so here's the fact.. Her baby is getting overweight but the "due date" is like 3 weeks later.. so she went to the hospital to "chui 1" shen as in give birth... but than the baby don't want to come out lor... blah blah blah... actually, only one thing she said is funny lar... because she is a Buddist and that hospital is a Christian one, she said that the babies hands is pulled by the two different Gods, one wants the baby to come out while the other doesn't... okok.. not that funny...

OKOK... and last Monday, I went to sweep funeral with my relatives... Actually, I'm the only person of my generation to go lar... and guess what. It rained!!! Very Heavily... And I found out that this is the only time it rained, i.e. out of the times they went to "sao mu", this is the first time.. All the other times, they will have to wear caps to block out the sun... wah... so encouraging for the next generation to continue Traditions... And also, My Great Grand Ma lives on Private Property while my Great Grand Pa and Grand Pa lives in HDB building... Private Property as in she is buried, and HDB as in they are cremated...

Arghz~ What a sianzified day today is!!!

p.s: New Recipe for very nice blended drink!!! Get 3 ounces of Green Tea, Add evaporated milk 5 ounces, one cup of ice and 1 teaspoon of specially formulated mucus....

The One with the PNSS

Patrioism. I need ALOT of that!!!

sheez~ And suddenly, the ever so familiar anti-social me is up again. Yaya.. PNSS is the short form of "Pre-National-Service-Syndrome"... And this syndrome are mostly found in males aged between 16-?? in Singapore. Symptoms are : Heavy flow of mucus from the nose, a sudden urge for radio music, an extremely dark room and yesh, bloggin'. But again, the symptoms of PNSS varies in each individual. Some may experience a longing to spend not less than 5 hours in a Movie Theatre with a person of the same sex. Others may have this urge to run around daily to prepare themselves for NS. But the wierdest of them all is to, find a girlfriend.

Okay, the last one evolves slowly throughout the males' whole 2 or more years spent in National Service, with the symptom becoming more and more obvious, until finally, it burst into getting any person, as long as that person has a different anatomy. And what is even wierder is that they actually expect themselves to find one, by hurling vulgaritites at the people around them. And when I said vulgarity with an S, I meant it. Position yourself in this situation, where a person actually speaks to you in "vulgar-lish", whereby in just a single sentence, he/she can exhaust all, and I mean all, the words you have in your vocabulary bank pertaining to the language of Vulgarities. Power~ Isn't it? And yes, I know women like thier guys strong, muscular, tall and also barbaric at times, but I don't think the "barbaric" means "vulgar-lish".

With that, I think that my aim in entering NS is not to get in, enjoy, get out.
